Just as long as they are not fertile octogenarians. That would be too much for Mr. Miller. We had mostly old people handling the registration and handing out of ballots, but high school kids were handing out some other stuff in the lobby. I was in and out before most of the people who were in the booths when I walked in the front door were looking anywhere near done. I'd used the system 2 years ago and knew the process. I also knew who I wanted to vote for. Helps a lot. I suspect some of the people were first time voters and many more first time with this system. Very fast. I waited until after the lunch hour voters would have been gone (1:30;pm) and there was no line, no problem. But I'm in MN and live and vote in a 'burb. At the last house I usually waited for Skye to come home and then took her along, so we were about 6 to 7pm. In presidential elections, we'd have a line, but off years, no problem. Off years, mostly the really interested vote and the rest stay home and then whine when they get a senator they don't like. Cyli r.bc: vixen. Minnow goddess. Speaker to squirrels.
