That's what I can't figure about right wingers: when one of their numerous
pervs is ousted, they say "so what, everybody is a perv."

Take Dan Rather. Is Gene comparing him to Guckert? Lets see, Rather ran a
story and did not vett a source carefully. He stuck with the story when the
source was questionable, and turned out to be phony/compromised. OK he
retires early. However, it turns out that the facts of the story, that Bush
ducked out of his military contract, were correct. Rather also gets a few
points in this old fart's scorecard who remembers that Rather covered
Vietnam in khaki, from the front lines. A lib, sure but not a prostitute.

Guckert is an "escort" with nude ads showing his dick, and offering lightly
veiled prostitution services. Some of the pictures imply that the man will
**** on a client for a fee. This is the man the right-wing set up as a
"friendly" Whitehouse reporter under a phony name. Funded by a rich Texas
asshole, this guy had passes to the Westwing for almost 2 years. Gene, if
you can't see the difference, I don't think I'd trust you to find beef jerky
at a 7-11.

I have a hard time accepting that wing-nuts actually believe that everybody
is a perv, a prostitute, a liar, a hypocrite, a thief, a cheat etc. Its just
too sad a view of the world.
