That would be Bradner road. It's a fish farm and not a lake.
Try Latimer lake at 28th ave and 200th st (or there abouts). It's an old
gravel pit that has been stocked with trout. Free for kids.


Yeah, I was thinking Latimer (aka Stokes Pit) as well. There's also Como
Lake in Coquitlam: kids-only.

I find kids are less...well..selective than adults. They can have loads of
fun catching shiners off the dock. They don't need to catch a 10-lb
steelhead to be enthused.
