Default How to use Fluke Lure

I'm familiar with Fluke fishing, mostly with bait (squid & spearing). Plus
I'm familar with using a bucktail tipped with squid.
Now I see there is a lure which is a chrome ball to which a loose jointed
hook with hair
is attached (like a bucktail hook). How is this lure to be used? Cast and
retreived along the bottom? Bounced up and down off the bottom? Both?
Neither?
Any advise appreciated.
