Apparently you don't understand *why* we have a government in
the first place. Here's a direct quote from the Owner's Manual:

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect
union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for
the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the
blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and
establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

So we do rely on the government, and not on the largesse of Steve
and Dave and Louie, to promote the general welfare.

Why do you hate America so much ? ;-)
