![]() "Les Crossan" wrote in message news ![]() Loch Awe, River Leven, Loch Gelly, Loch Ken, Strathclyde Park, River Clyde, Union Canal. Strathclyde Park??? According to North Lanarkshire Council and the Strathclyde Park Rangers there are no pike in Strathclyde Park Loch! There are large pike in the golf course pond across the bridge from Strathclyde Park but this is now a nature reserve and fishing is not allowed. The other ponds covered by the Strathclyde Park permit only have a few small perch. There are however numerous cars broken into within Strathclyde Park every day and the North side of the loch is a no-go area for the Police (the side with M&D's "theme" park - the theme of course being Buckfast and Shell Suits) and leaving your car for any length of time in this area is not recommended. |
