You have a cooler with iceand water and the water flows to the cuff. The end of the shoulder is probably a bone spur catching the ligament. My wife had the same surgery about 7 year ago. Affects women more than men, so maybe you are a girlie man. After a month or so of physical therapy, she has been ok. Before the surgery, she could hardly move the arm, and now has full movement. ....thanks for the advice..coming from a left coaster the term "girlie man" seems sort of natural I guess.
