Trout fishing in Turkey?

I have a friend in Turkey who trout fishies every year in the mountains.
They have a species known as the flathead trout. It looks vaguely
like a brown. they tend to run pretty small, but my buddy got an 18
incher last year. Don't know where he went, but if you email me I will
send you pictures of his catches.
