I've got some Bass Pro points to spend, and I'd like to get an
inflating PFD. I could use some guidance. I'd like to use the vest for wading and for boating. Question: Does anybody use PFDs while wading? Sometimes, I canoe to a spot to wade, too, so it'd be nice to have one for both. Usually, though, I fish from a bass boat. I'd like to get one that fits all those situations, but I wonder whether people have problems with auto-inflation while wading. I'm thinking I want an autoinflating one (one that inflates when wet) in case I bonk my head and fall in, or vice-versa. Don't know how often that sort of thing happens, though, so I wonder if it's worth the extra trouble of having the sensor, vs. just the rip-cord. Thanks, Jamie |
