Bait, Hell boil them up in some crab boil. Bring the water to boil add
crawfish, potatoes, corn, sausage, onions and garlic. Bring back to a boil.
Lower the fire and cover and cook for another 8 minutes. Turn off the heat
and let them sit for 25 minutes in the hot water. Take the crawfish out of
the pot and spread them on the table to eat.

To eat them you break the head off and suck the juice then toss it on the
side. Next break the first ring off the tail and pinch the end. Now take
the end that you removed the ring from and place the meat in your mouth and
pull back. Now the fun part, drink some beer.
