are the newcomer and should leave. When My lifetime California
license is about $350 and it costs $20 for a 1 day and $35 for a 3 day
in alaska and then you have to buy stamps for certain type fish $10
for 2 day salmon and $20 for 3 day salmon. This is nothing but
legalized theft. Resident annual stamp is $10. Resident license is
$24. At least in California, the $6.75 license includes stamps for
all but abalone.

Perhaps you could establish Alaska residency.
