Power loading / Winnebago County

Hi Chris,
Surprisingly Minnesota does not outlaw powerloading. They just recommend
that you don't do it. Page 60. I don't know if this will help in your quest

Ok, this to me is just complete BULLSH**. Winnebago county here in

a year going along with the money people pay to launch on a daily basis.

If Power loading undermines the launch then dredge out the launch and pour
concrete out further, or is that an over simplification? The city can
blow $500k on a stupid Sun Dial, but can't make the launches power load
friendly? I apologize for getting worked up about something maybe minor
in some people's eyes, but fishing and therefore boating is a HUGE part
of my life, and I thought we lived in a Democracy.
