Expierienced small engine advice

I once had 15hp Johnson with the long shaft extender, and I changed it over
and it didn't amount to much work, although it was a long time ago and I
don't remember the details.
$50 seems pretty reasonable for the kit. I sold my leftover kit a couple of
years ago for over a hundred.

found one locally, I think, but it's a short shaft, and I need a long.
How hard is it to put a 5 inch extension kit on this thing? Anyone got
