Not to speak for Wolfgang (I'm sure he'll be along shortly), but one
place I know he fished in Tennessee was on the Little River in and above
the Elkmont campground on the TN side of the GSMNP. And he was fishing
for wild rainbows (most of the browns are a bit lower on the river and
the brookies are at higher elevations).

I know because I was camping there at the time. :-) In my previous
post I alluded to you taking advantage of those waters while living in
Nashville, and that's because I just finished driving over 2K miles
roundtrip from Austin, TX to the park so I could camp for 6 days.

And Wolfgang drove from somewhere up in South
Canuckistan/Cheeselandia to get there.


Chuck Vance (so we have little sympathy for someone who can make
it to the park in 3-4 hours :-)
