Cancun fishing after the hurricane you'll be luck if you can even get there ! Last I read (Sunday afternoon) the track was projected to hit down around Tulum. And they're getting pretty good at bouncing back after one of these big blows down there. A lot of the resort buildings south of Cancun are fairly new, and built to a fairly high standard, particularly those built by American based companies. That was an oft repeated observation when we were in Cancun in January of 2006 after Wilma (I think. Who can keep them all straight?) JF |
