Many instructors will disagree with Kreh. Most will show you this
method, and variations of it; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hjdzc...eature=related This is the method you need to use in a tube etc, coupled with drift; http://www.sexyloops.com/advice/drifting.shtml http://www.google.com/search?q=drift....sexyloops.com and increasing the translational ( linear, not in an arc), of your cast.
