Is that some sort of "teenage newspeak"? Reminds me of a bloke in
one of my fly-dressing classes, referred to by all and sundry as
"dances with head cement". Mind you, even though he is usually quite
incoherent, he dresses nice flies. Don´t know whether he actually
fishes them...................
