never tried a 6ft 6inch or 7ft 3 weight for my small mountain
fishing--always thought an 8ft rod was better for dipping and sticking over rocks, but as brookies have grown smaller and bushes have grown bigger think would like fish some this season with a short rod. I"m too old and too broke to afford a new rod but if one of you guys have an old rod you no longer use, I would be happy to help you clean out your closet ! give me a price including freight and I'll send check. , and enjoy piddling along in my ageing years.
