Otherwise, a subsonic filter, if your preamp has one, will address the issue if it happens regularly. Odd that it is a CD, as I've heard that issue from LP play more often, and that issue can be frequently traced to one of a few factors, such as tonearm resonances, surface resonances from below the table, or improper cartridge setup.
