Hi All,
What are trout up to when they hit your strike indicator? My pet theories a 1) they are playing with the indicator as one would with a toy 2) they are playing/tormenting it as a cat does with a mouse after he catches it 3) they are investigating the indicator to figure out what it is. What does the group think? -T Had to laugh at my self. One of my pet projects is to find a fly that actually looks like a ovipositing Baetis Mayfly. This project may be some real over kill as what must a trout thing a strike indicator mimics? A piece of gum. Hell all I may need is feathers and a hook! And, maybe a piece of gum. |
