Just avoid the Super 8 in Virocqua. Assholes. I fished the area south of Richland Center that lays south of the Wisconsin River. I first went to a couple of spring creeks I was sent to but they were in the middle of cow pastures where the cows were allowed to trample down the banks and muddy the water. Not too appealing to me. However, every little valley in the area has its own little spring creek. I drove around the area and found a couple little gems that ran through forested areas with no cows. Surprisingly big fish for the size of the water. I thought it was a very cool area. The small towns had alot of character and the country was pretty. Willi |
