DAMMMMMMM!
On MOnday, Embry dam will be blown sky high and open the Rappahannock
River to migratory fish. In 5 to 10 years this should become the premier shad fishery in the country with an explosion in smallmouth and migratory striper fishing as well. Movements are also underway to secure greater portions of the river from development. Wayne to fish is human....to release Divine!!!!
