Default waders rant

Steve The owner IS a really nice guy, but I got screwed so incredibly
Steve hard.

Tell the owner that you remember exactly how you ended up with the
size that you now have, and suggest that he might have an incorrect
recollection of the sequence of events.

This gives him a chance to rectify his mistake. If he does nothing,
then tell your story to every local friend who has ever wet line. And
mention the shop and the owner by name. I strongly believe that
sharing information is one of the key mechanisms to improving the way
customers are treated.
