Hey Gang, I just wanted to pass along a few thoughts. June in
Montana and Wyoming has been nothing short of outstanding. Weatherwise and fishing wise. I remember thinking in May that we were in for another long hot summer. Everything was still brown and very dry looking. After my little trip into Wyoming yesterday, I can see a drastic improvment. Green and lush hillsides, high and semi-murky rivers, and some afternoon rain showers. If this weather pattern can continue for a few more weeks, I think the Madison clave will be simply outstanding. The climate prediction center is showing a large area of below average temps during the start of the clave. http://tinyurl.com/3fpwc Hopefully you won't experience the heat of last summer and a much cooler and more Montana like summer. |
