Default Alaska Property

I own 2 acres on the Kasilof River in Alaska on the Kenai Peninsula. The
property is owned free and clear, however I don't have funds to build a
couple of cabins on the property. Is anyone out there interested in
going into a partnership to build cabins that could be rented for
income? This would also give each of us a place to stay free of charge
when visiting Alaska.

This property is one of the most scenic spots on the entire river.
There is bank access for fishing and it is about 3 miles from Cook
Inlet, but still in the tidal zone. I would like to start with 2 cabins
at a cost of about $130,000, refinance the property, and then let it pay
for itself. I know several fishing guides who can keep the place booked
during fishing season.

If anyone is interested, please email me directly.
