Default BEGINNER, ANY TIPS FISHING AT ROBIN HOODS BAY

Hi,

Holidaying with my faimily at Robin Hoods bay, October.

We like sea fishing (especialy when we catch something), but not had much
experience. We usually do boat trips (in the UK and abroad) but this time we
have some second hand
sea tackle. It it possible to catch anything off the beach or rocks at RHB?

Any tips on where to go ? Bait to use ? tackle setup etc, most welcome.

If not safe or suitable off the beach, are boat trips available this time of
year ? (1/2 day)

many thanks
Bob
