Help with Boot Repair

Can anyone recommend how to fix (replace the felt) or have it

You should take them back to the Orvis shop and ask them. I've done
all the other stuff, including carpet, but when I took my last pair
back to Orvis, the manager looked at them and handed me a new pair at
no charge. I'd had them less than a year, but had fished them well
over 100 days.

When the replacements did it at about a year, I just cleaned them,
filled in the gap with Marine GOOP, and they're OK now. I was a bit
bashful about asking for yet another replacement pair.
