Default Split Rings for Crankbaits

Another thing I was thinking about in using two split rings is that the
hooks may tend to hang up on ya when casting. That is to say occasioallly
the front hook n rear hook will tangle on a cast with only one split ring. I
see this as a way to increase that kind of annoyance.
