That would be Cool ! Anyway we will be up there Wednesday nite about
10-10:30 pm or so and need to know what time everything starts Thursday
and some instructions to the launch again :

Cya soon

Well, I've heard complaints in the past that there wasn't enough time to
fish when we ran from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. And, I heard complaints that
"I didn't have time to get breakfast in before we started." So, this year,
we're going to start at 8:00 a.m. sharp! The launch will be as usual, Hodag
Park boat landing. The finish time will be 5:00 p.m. sharp. That should be
sufficient time for everyone to catch fish.

Directions? Ok, I assume you'll be coming up Hwy 51 and into Rhinelander on
Hwy 8. If this is the case, you'll want to turn left off of Hwy 8 onto
Sutliff Ave. That's the street immediately before the Chamber of Commerce's
statue of the Hodag.

Follow Sutliff to the stop sign. Turn right on Davenport Street. At the
stoplight, turn left onto Courtney Street. Continue on, crossing the
railroad tracks, up the hill and you're almost there. Take a left on Rose
Street (I believe), and you're at the landing. You really can't miss it as
there's a sign that says "Boat Landing".

See you on Thursday morning!

Did you make good use of that blank that I sent home with you? Just
wondering if/how that turned out.

And oddly enough, I've had a lot of people telling me to put their name on
the rod. I think I'll leave it at "2006 NWC Champion." You can fight it
out with the rest, but who knows, I might try to keep it this year!

Not yet. I've been busy contacting companies for doorprizes, working,
guiding and doing some FastCat business. But it's starting to pay off.

We have prizes donated by the following companies so far,

Gander Mountain, Flying Fisherman Sunglasses, AutoZone, TruValue Hardware,
NAPA, Lunker City, GoTo Lures, Driftwood Lures, Mel's Trading Post,
Athlete's Foot and Rhinelander GM.

I'm heading out today to talk to some other companies. If there's anyone
out there that is planning on coming and could possibly snag something to
bring along, that would be greatly appreciated.
