Ok Steve. Here's the deal. If we can get him to swap that 225 for a
250XS, give me a great price and take my Cougar in on trade, then you
could take a little vacation out west. I'ld send you the gas money and
you could drag it out to Az and get away from all that cold stuff.

Bob,

Send me a valid email address and I'll give you his contact information.
You can work out whatever deal and if you spring for gas both ways, we
might have a deal. I'll even keep all the receipts for you.

It was more a joke than anything Steve. LOL. I can't afford a new boat
right now. I bought the cat, and then found myself having no choice, but
to buy a new house when the city emminent domained mine. I sold my
office to cover the down payment on my new house, and now I am using the
equity in the house to build a new office. It never stops.

As to e-mail... you can always drop me a line at bob (at) yumabassman

You should have borrowed a bunch of money against the house before they
ED'ed it. Borrow it from your mom and then loan it back to her. The
government has to cover all loans on a property, even if they are greater
than the value.

Hmmmm..... That's one I never heard before. Well too late now. We settled
up with the city over a year ago.
