Grandma Grooters was a fairly modern, larger establishment that, for some obscure reason (probably money laundering) was able to weather the seasonal tides of tourists. Everybody knew where it was and it was a good watering hole to meet at and grab a meal. It burned down, the owner left for southern climes and the lot is now a repository for burnt lumber and old tires. John |
