I really like my SA System 1 456. It supposedly weighs in at 3.9 oz.. http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3...Reels/System1/ $44 here (and free shipping IIRC): http://www.discountfishinginc.com/Or...orySystemId=21 g.c. Another pretty good one, IMO, is the Okuma Sierra reel. I have a couple of them and really like them. The drag took some getting the hang of. It is really sensitive. Once I learned to make very fine adjustments that was not a problem anymore. I know a roffian once mentioned that with a lot of fishing they seemed to wear out quickly. Unfortunately, that is not a problem I have encountered. I paid $30.00 for mine at my local Sportsman's Warehouse. The price seems to be a bit higher on places I found on the web. Russell |
