A little of both, I suspect. The sumo is bulkier than the SPt and will move
more water with its "bow wake". It almost looked to me though, like Dean's

The Sumo Frog has a lead weight molded into the bottom and has the
action you saw right out of the package. I recognized it as soon as I
saw it.

Default Rojas' Sumo frog

I have never fished a sumo frog before, but I can make a snag-proof do
something similar by holding the rod tip low and working it in a "walk the
dog" style, similar to what you would do with a zara spook. Course, I might
just have to give a sumo frog a look. Never know what other improvements it
might have!
