2 lbs. lobster meat (New England, not those sissy clawless things). Frozen
is OK.
2 cups white stone ground cornmeal
1 cup Velveeta

Put it all through a meat grinder and stir until thick and pasty. You can
roll up little 1/4" balls in advance and let them dry. If the fish aren't
hitting, they're good for snacking too.

Well, it really isn't a dough, per se, but if you must coat them in
something, a little fine corn meal or flour is all you need...if you
REALLY want dough, try a bakery...or start running ads for Kerr, er
totally independent 527s...

Some bread or cornbread crumbs, well seasoned, dip trout in milk and
then flour and then the crumbs and fry in hot butter or lard until
flakey. Use small bits of the final result to attract diners to your
campsite. Failing humans, raccoons and bears will be right there.
