Just store your leader in an ANSI 45.2 level III facility and it will
stay in good condition.

Haven't heard an ANSI term for quite awhile outside of work.
We're ANSI Y14.5M Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
-tom

Has ANSI been supplanted by ISO?

The American National Standards Institute is still alive and kicking:

http://www.ansi.org/

Mouse over "Standards Activities" and you'll find a brief overview of
ANSI/ISO relations.

Meanwhile, many ANSI standards still apply in all sorts of fields.

Yeah, it seems one can take LaCourse to water, but one can not make him
drink.

Make that hot water, nit picker. And, there is no hot water on any
stream I have fished....... well, except some in Jellystone.

He tried that, Dave. It didn't work for these leaders, probably because
they were old and/or improperly stored.

And in which case he should have returned them like everyone has said.

In the summer time, yes. Also iced tea. Milk in the coffee. No
sugar in either, thankyouverymuch.

You're welcome. If you have any other REALLY tough questions, feel free to
ask.

Meanwhile, maybe you can answer one for me. You're a father......right? Do
you suppose your friend's father calls her "Tits?"

There is an ISO standard, but it is in a state of flux, another words
still not developed or accepted today. You can read about it he

I though ISO was a standard for programs and proceedures not the nuts
and bolts of how technical tasks should be done. Make that 9000 and
9001. What are the other 8,999?
I to old to do ISO stuff. I figure if I can write 10 CFR 50 compliant
proceedures I can handle ISO stuff.
