HS: football (cornerback) and track (pole vault). Watched as a member of my
track team become the 1st high schooler to run a sub 4 minute mile in a HS
meet.

Played baseyball and basquetball in junior high. But in high school
I grew my hair long and started doing ... er, well ... let's just say
the coaches didn't 'ppreciate that.

I played competitive softball (oxymoron?) until a few years back
when we moved to the boonies.

So, R ... we haven't heard what you played. I'll bet Shettlesworth
taught you a mean game of croquet. ;-)

Hmmm. . . doesn't seem to be political or bashing. . . maybe.
I'll play.
HS: at various times . . . football, basketball, baseball, track, and
girls.( never could figure out the last sport)

College: Girls (not successfully)
Beer( not successfully) there may be an association between
these last two sporting things, but I can't quite remember what that may
have been.

miles a day . . .went up to 10 miles a few times a week . . . did that
until about '98, now I am a wimp . . . walk a few miles a day.)

Not me: band, chorus, plays and musicals. I thought at the time that the
girls were cuter and it was more fun, but now that I'm older, fatter and the
girls all tell me how they adored the jocks, I realize that I made a
mistake.

high school: track--100, 220, long jump. quit football (halfback)
because the coach wouldn't let us wear low cut shoes. the pain might have
had something to do with it, as well.

college: golf.
