Ken, dislike the boy if you must but you're making a blatantly false

they are allowed on certain routes during certain times of the year.

Well, I don't have a dog in this fight, and I agree with you up until
the last...IF, and I mean "IF" - I have no idea if Mark broke any laws -
he was doing all this off-season, off-route, etc., stuff to set up to
commit the actual act of the kill, IMO (and in some locales, the law's
opinion), he was poaching. Again, _IF_, and _IMO_...
