Oh, gracious. Coming from you that really hurts, Junior.

It was not designed to hurt you,you should not constantly judge others
according to your own miserable lights, it was designed to make you
stop and think. Your behaviour here, ranting and raving about the
wrong petrol in a high performance car ,which you drive at 75 mph,
( you would get a ticket for driving too slowly and holding up traffic
here!), a can of beer, your obsession with money, and various other
basically trivial nonsense, combined with your really putrid attempts
to trash an erstwhile angling companion and presumably also a friend,
are dishonourable and sickening to watch.

What you are actually trashing, is your own reputation, and
successfully destroying any scrap of respect anybody here ever had for
you. I wish you no harm, nor do I wish you any good, I really just
feel sorry for you. But your outrageous and petty behaviour is a
disgrace, and embarrassing to read.

Even if all you have written was true, which it quite obviously is
not, the fact that you would do this to somebody you know and have
fished with, on a public newsgroup, is beyond the pale.

You canīt hurt me, I am a stranger, thousands of miles away, and I
take you for a fool in any case. But you certainly can hurt people you
know with **** like this, and you have done your damnedest to do so.
That is not rational behaviour.

Golly-gee, this keeps getting funnier and funnier...well, ironicer and
ironicer, anyway....

The tightest of lines and the warmest cordialities, best regards, and
most joyous of tidings to you!!!

Did you go to lobster night at the Milheim at the Clave when we
raffled of the bamboo rod I rescued from the midget? If you did,
there was supposed to be $100 on the bar from me.

If you left a c-note on the bar at the Millheim, you are
indeed a brave man........BTW, to all the major combatants, this is some of
the funniest(in a pathetic sort
of way) stuff I've read in a while.

If you went to the lobster night the week that Warren Findley was at
Penns Clave, and you had a free beer, it was my money, left over from
the difference between what Zimmerman's flyrod brought, and the cost
of getting Warren to the clave. If you did not have a free beer,
well, tough ****, Junior. You're entire life is one of a loser, so
how can you expect to get a free beer? Wot? d;o)

What a joke. You think roff can hurt me? Or that I can hurt anyone
on roff? It's an effin nuthouse run by the inmates. Roff is a joke,
Junior, and unless you realize that, you are wasting your time here.

Of course, you are the numero uno inmate, Junior. You always wanted
to be the big shot - ya finally mate it, matey. d;o)

That must have been a pretty tense ride back to Massachussets. :-)

Fuel mileage will be different.

I can run my Subaru Turbo Outback just fine on regular (premium is
recommended), but the mileage (miles/gal) is less. As close as I can
tell, it's just about as economical to run it with premium, but if a
rider thoughtfully filled it with regular I wouldn't mind one bit.

Good lord - an Outback has a turbo'ed V8?!?! Either I'm wrong about
what I think the Outback is, size-wise, or the pistons must be the size
of US half-dollars. But IAC, you shouldn't see a noticeable MPG
difference, all other factors equal - something else may well be "off" -
the difference in "energy"/"heat value" simply isn't that significant.
Now, all that weird California/Rocky Mountain reformulated crap might
have something to do with it ??? Have you tried a comparison with both
stop-and-go driving and cruise-controlled highway driving, and do you
have a "lead foot" off the line? FWIW, API plainly states, and even the
"gas" companies will acknowledge, that in a "normal" modern,
properly-operating engine, if there's no combustion problems, octane
matters _very_ little.
