Default sharp hooks

Always test your hooks after sharpening them. Do this by inserting the
newly sharpened hook into your nose. Then tie one end of line to the hook
and the other end to a 10 story high balcony fence. Lastly, throw yourself
over the balcony.

Let us know how that works out for you.

Can sharpening hooks improve inferior hooks on a lure. It is a pain
changing
hooks and hard on the pocketbook too. I was thinking of going the
sharpening
route but not if it is pointless.

Sorry William,

Lurebuilder (AKA) Alice, has to be retrained everyday. He is untrainable and
unlearnable. Yes he has been posting stupid questions to this board for over
4 years and continuously asks the same questions only worded differently
every few months.

Am I kidding? Not just no but Hel_ no.

That is why he is not liked very much around here. He is the newsgroups
version of the village idiot. Only for him it is by choice. Not by birth or
heritage.

Nope.
Dull hooks penetrate much quicker and easier. Leave them dull.

I am glad I hit home with that one. Got your hot button did I. I think it's
about time you grew up and flew the coop.

Now that is just...stupid.

Not to be a dullard, there is a point to this fishing thread tied to hooks. "If
you are stuck with inferior hooks can they be improved through sharpening ?" As
a metaphor if you are attached to a woman, who might be named Barb, can things
improve or is it necessary to do a release.

Eric
Not too soon.

I'm still waiting for the new lure I ordered from Al. I think the
shipment date should be coming up in the next few weeks.

Insomnia is rearing its ugly head. I can't wait.

Please be patient you are on a backorder list. Also i'm very busy now fishing
and i'm sure you understand. Also there is a bit of a snag in the production
process. I've temporarily lost my shop due to a major cleanup and a domestic
fight over workspace allocation. I'm sure you understand such things, The main
thing is the R&D and the paper plans have been done.
So again please be patient and even though my costs are escalating they will
not be reflected in the selling price of the lures.
I have quite a few others on the backorder list so please everybody be patient.
Also i'm open to new orders since there is a certain economies to scale in
this whole process.
Charles could you please quote this so Eric can see it since he has me on his
killfile.
