I thought mustard was a leading brand. There's little point in trying to keep hooks smaller than about 4/0 after a trip. Any time you touch rock, shell or even sand you take a little off the sharpness and resharpening small hooks is difficult. They are cheap enough that you may as well throw the used hooks away when you get home after each trip. I do not use stainless steel hooks for general fishing. I reckon it is better that any hooks I lose rust away quickly rather than wash ashore in a bundle of seaweed where some animal or child might encounter them. I have no idea who makes all the hooks I use (I don't store them in manufacturers packs.) Some of them are probably Mustads but these days in the UK it is hard to find bad hooks. True. I got different hooks from relatives in UK(London) and i was very satisfied even if they were not from famous brand. |

Is good for fishes but not for fisherman. |

In fact ...it *was*. Not all Mustads are good. Some is good and some is not. At the moment Gamakatsu is the leader, followed by Partridge, Eagle Claw and VMC. |
