I forget the water temperature in the river last year. But I vote we travel
downstream to a plus five degree water temp.

Plan on a massive, well stocked regatta with a better menu and sufficient
liquids to prevent the severe de-hydration I experienced last year.

Well, give it about a sixty minute staggered start between flotillas. One
of those smaller, blow up type flat rafts would be good to carry
supplies.....leave earlier-fish longer.
