What I find interesting is that anyone would believe that these 10
fairly ambiguous questions could really determine anyone's political
beliefs. The "test" is bull****....I didn't take it either.

Left edge of Centrist, but you already knew that, right Tim? If they had
thrown in a few religious issues I would have been a lot more radical (and
you knew that toog).

Yep - spot on.

Yep - you're going to burn in hell (but you already knew that.) ;-)
Speaking of making you burn in hell, how's it going with the DDFS
photos?

You were right about them being overxposed. I'm trying to salvage a few
right now.

Where do I stand? Why after surviving four years in Vietnam in the
military and as a civilian, etc, etc etc but you are not interested in
that, I STAND for NOT posting political or ideological bull**** on a
group ostensibly dedicated to flyfishing! CLEAR?

As good an illustration as you'll ever see of what can
happen when you mix too much coffee with too little clue.

No. It is as good an illustration of assholes corrupting an ostensibly
nonpolitical non-ideological group with politically oriented, somewhat
biased bull****. You folks may be bored with fly fishing as it seems
that 80 percent of the recent posts here have been of a political --
ideological orientation. Seemingly, you few and it is only a few, lack
the intellectual discipline to post this drivel that you would like to
see pass of deep insightful humanitarian concern, to a group that is
designed for this crap?

This may stun you but I joined this group to read about fly fishing,
and not read college freshmanisque ideological hand wringing inanities.
It does not really matter much though. I seldom read this group these
days.

Why do you feel it necessary to clog up the airways here with this
crap? Don't answer. You are bored and you are boring. I don't really
care what your political orientation happens to be. You fly fish as do
I. That is the reason I am here; not to listen to sophomoric hand
wringing on how evil someone of a different political orientation
happens to be or not be.

And sure anyone who dares disagree with the few rather vocal self
anointed political/ideological pundits here is sure to be ridiculed.
Big deal. It may be time to grow up Sir and try to act a responsible,
well balanced adult. Sorry. Too late right? That window closed on
you what ten - fifteen years ago? :-)

A Liberal? Who the hell cares? But as long as you are happy. I;m sure
the fish care a lot. ;-)

Probably a Libertarian.

No. It is as good an illustration of assholes corrupting an ostensibly

nonpolitical non-ideological group with politically oriented, somewhat
biased bull****.

I see your problem. Somewhere, did you get the idea that this was an
ostensibly nonpolitical non-idealogical group?

You folks may be bored with fly fishing as it seems
that 80 percent of the recent posts here have been of a political --
ideological orientation.

See? With 80% of the posts being political-idealogical, where did you
get the idea that this is an ostensibly nonpolitical non-idealogical
group?

Seemingly, you few and it is only a few, lack
the intellectual discipline to post this drivel that you would like to
see pass of deep insightful humanitarian concern, to a group that is
designed for this crap?

I can't follow that sentence. Do you mean to say:
"Seemingly, you few (and it is only a few) lack the intellectual
discipline to NOT post this drivel that you would like to see pass AS
insightful humanitarian concern, to a group that is NOT designed for
this crap?"? All those dropped negatives threw me.

If so, then I don't get the question mark at the end...it doesn't
really seem to be a question; just some drivel that someone would like
to see pass as insightful humanitarian concerns, posted to a group that
is supposedly not designed for this crap.

This may stun you but I joined this group to read about fly fishing,
and not read college freshmanisque ideological hand wringing
inanities.

Well, I got some good news and some bad news.

It does not really matter much though. I seldom read this group these
days.

And this could be one or the other.... The 'fresmanisque' reference is
noted, btw.

OK, now its 'sophomoric' hand-wringing. Other than the quick year of
college, I didn't see any hand-wringing until your post. And no one
called anyone names until, well, you know..

And sure anyone who dares disagree with the few rather vocal self
anointed political/ideological pundits here is sure to be ridiculed.

Well, seems so, doesn't it? Being both freshmanisque and sophomoric at
once, I hardly know what to say. And never discount the possiblity that
some people here might *thrive* on ridicule.

Big deal. It may be time to grow up Sir and try to act a responsible,

well balanced adult. Sorry. Too late right? That window closed on
you what ten - fifteen years ago?

So, somewhere it is written that responsible, well balanced adults do
not discuss politics or policial orientations? Or is it that well
balanced adults do not post OT posts on newsgroups? Or distribute or
accept ridicule?

A Liberal? Who the hell cares? But as long as you are happy. I;m sure
the fish care a lot. ;-)

Here's a clue for you, and I'll waive the usual fee, if you
want to discuss fly fishing post something about fly fishing.
If all you want to do is whine and bitch and complain about
other folks posts you'll be dismissed as a clueless ****wit.

OK, so you are a clueless ****wit. So there ya go, sometimes
first impressions are spot on.
