I thought it just had to be overcast along with the other
conditions...Didn't know it had to be specifically after a rain...Interesting.

well I'm sure it depends on the river, but I was just speaking about
the best times to fish for searuns. I know of some who have caught them on bright sunny days, in clear water as well... but just talking about increasing the chances.
