I quit in 1981 because of my roommates smoking habit.He was a bad chain smoker that made me realize we were both killing ourselves slowly.I quit cold turkey.He died this past summer of throat cancer. Good job on quitting. Check with your insurance companies, home etc. to see if you get a non-smokers discount.
