Don't forget that there is the very real question about whether Ken Lay had
any "official" role in generating US policy as part of the Enery Task
Force, so this case might be bigger than many suspect. For example, check

Also don't forget that when Enron was screwing California by
manipulating the electricity market the Bush administration refused to
do anything about it.
