It's a lovely State Park. Gets lots of people up from Iowa, who, at
that time, were very happy to pay so little for a camp site compared
to their own state rates. But I think they'd be there anyway because
of its loveliness.


Yes, it is a beautiful State Park. The campsites are really small
and the electric section is packed tighter than sardines with
trucks and trailers but I don't camp in the electric section anyway.
Most of the folks, hell *all* the folks, I met camping in the Park
when I was there were from Rochester. Maybe Iowa has lowered their
prices or something ?
