I did steal my son in law's boat, Charles' old Nitro, and while it's a nice
little boat, for my guiding and filming for the television show, it just
didn't do the job.

I lucked out and found this fairly locally, in the Milwaukee area.

I need to upgrade the electronics and do some tweaking and tuning because it
only hits 70 mph, but all in all, it's a nice boat. I took it out on Boom
Lake for some running around and to get some seat time, but I couldn't stand
it and had to fish a little bit.

I caught a smallmouth on a fluke that was just shy of 21 inches and a 16
inch largemouth took one of Randy's Tournament Sticks. I also caught
probably another 10-12 smaller fish on the flukes/stick baits as well as
three on an SW chartreuse/white spinnerbait.

Not a bad start in a different boat....

He better be, if I'm making it then everyone should be able to make
it...Including Jerry and Charles and Sean and Sean's lover..I uhmm mean
Drew... We have to make this the best NWC ever, besides I have some
severe(lack of fishing) frustration to take out on some of those Boom
fish..and i need some coffee with baily's at the hubers with Steve and
Janet...now if we can just get Warren( where the hell are you?) and Harry(
you now get vacation time) to show, it would be a blast

Who's on the roster so far Steve?

Ronnie - Boater
Fritz - Boater
Gil -Boater
Scott - Boater if needed
Steve - Boater
Gary - Boater
Doc has said he's coming - Boater
Moe says if Doc does, he will too. - Non-Boater
Chris S. - Boater
Jim H. - Non-Boater
Jim LB. - Boater
Dave - Boater
Dave's Friend - Non-Boater
Jim - Non-Boater
Jess - Non-Boater
Brandon - Boater
I haven't heard from your dress-up friend Dave for a while, but he said he
was going to come if I could find a place for him to park a big-rig. I've
done that. He's a Non-Boater
Randy - Non-Boater
Possibly Joe H. - Non-Boater and his friend
Terry B. - Boater
Dan B. - Non-Boater
Chris R. - Boater

Some of the above people have been here in the past and I'm anticipating
that they'll be here again. For example, Chris S. said he'll be here, so I
assume that his friends Jim LaBee, Dave and "the other guy who's name I
cannot remember" will be here. I haven't heard from Joe and Terry recently,
but Joe did tell me a while ago that he'd be here. So that's roughly 22
people so far! That's not bad numbers but it could be better.

Any ROFB'rs that see their name on the list, please confirm or deny so I can
update the list.

I'm coming and by the way congrats on the boat. It must have been
killing you to go this long without one. I think the name that you
couldn't remeber was Rich.

I'm planning on leaving Georgia on Labor Day headed north dragging my
Skeeter.

Congrats on going over to the dark side and getting a Triton.
