You might like to have a look at these;

I have something similar to the second one, for light fishing, But I could
not find it on the net.

I like to carry a lot of flies, and use the Simms Vertical Master vest. It
allows me to carry two 9" long boxes upfront. though I have never used one,
I have long beleived that Orvis offers the best vest for the dollar. They
have some impressive vests for less than $100.

I like Filson's Chest Pack. Much better for bushwacking than a vest.

Does the Filson work well as a chest pack?

Louis, I could be going out on a limb here, but I think, since Mu said he likes
the Filson, that he will probably answer that it works well. Of course, that
could just be a luck guess on my part. ;-)

It is when they are mostly size 16 and smaller! that's what I carry up
front. I often carry midges, BWO's, etc in small compartment boxes in the
inside pockets, and the pocket in the back will hold a lot of boxes. The
vest distributes the wieght pretty well so they don't feel heavy.

Works well for me. Plenty of room if you want to load it up. What I love
the most about it is that it's old-fashioned but just as good as any
hi-tech vest.
