boat an interesting, meaningful name...?

Hell, Jeff, just name it 'Wolfgang'. Can't get much more interesting or
meaningful than that.

He already rejected "****tard," so a synonym isn't appropriate.

of course, knowing the intelligence, wit, character, spirit...well, you
know, i'm not full of expectation or anticipation. but, in the event a
suitable name is suggested and accepted, i intend to appropriate it like a
goverment condemning private property - except there'll be little or no
compensation.

That's easy. If you want to spend some time on it: "Rachel"

Or you could choose something that would make people ask questions. I'd
think of something that evokes Graham county and vicinity. Pulling out my
trusty Mooney's:

Yun'wi Gunahi'ta (Cherokee word for river, or man with head in mountains and
feet in ocean who is constantly speaking, but only to those who can
understand)

da'liksta (vomiter)

tsu'lu (kingfisher bird)

tu'ti (snowbird)
Tuti'yi (Little Snowbird Creek)

I'm thinking that "The Tasty Pasty" would be most suitable.

The "gang" in 'Wolfgang has a cognate that survives (barely) in English
today in "gangplank", the imperative command "gang way!", and perhaps a very
few others. The immortal Bobbie Burns (of "men and mice" fame) and his not
insubstantial following would also immediately recognize it. With this in
mind, it comes as no surprise that one of the more astute among us (and let
us all thank the Lord that he IS still among us) should recognize both the
felicity and the uncanny pertinence of such a mellifluous
cognomen......under the circumstances.

Welcome back, Stan. Bad news is better than no news......if you know what I
mean.

Wolfgang
who has already worn a suit once in the past twelvemonth and does not relish
the prospect of doing so again anytime in the near future.
