got the cane...3 of em....one is a very fine zimbo rod used regularly in
the smokies. used it this past trip chasin sassafrass trout with asadi
and wolfgang. fun, sure enough.

but damn, i thought you were strugglin with a guilty conscience. my
abundant experience with guilty consciences led me to offer assistance.
i was just trying to ease your pain. so, perhaps we'll need to go
fishin sometime soon...you bring the boo and the graphite, and we'll
engage in a bit of therapy. g

well, now that you mention it, they do go well with graphite...

I am just appalled that a fellow liberal fly fisherman who claims to care so
much for the environment would stoop so low as attempt to foster the spread
of such dangerous plastic pollutants all in the name of acquiring more fly
rods.

Just think how cool it would be to cast a parachute adams into a chute on
hazel, feeling that rod load as your back cast unfolds, moving forward from
the brief pause and watching the line unfold and dropping that little fly
gently upon the water with just enough mend to meander dragless in the pool.
Tempting a native appalachian brookie to feast upon the fly and to feel the
fish tug on the line all the way down to the cork.

Do it man, save the world and get some cane. Your life will never be the
same.

Wayne

Dear Wayne
Rather than landfill your graphite , I will use them for awhile
What have you got to send? MT

If you want to post in THIS forum, you should at least have
the courtesy to do like the rest of us and put your posts
BENEATH the posts to which you are replying, otherwise you're
just a rude, stupid, lazy, top-posting ****tard.

Which description, while well deserved and apt is still way
too much to type every time some pertinacious prick top posts.

So the question is this:

Should "rude, stupid, lazy, top-posting ****tard" be

RSLTPF

or should we save precious electrons and make it

RSLTF

Vote early and vote often. ;-)

Uh, Wayne. I'm right next to New Jersey. I think we can handle some more
bourbon blight.

**** off Frank. I'm living in the second most polluted jurisdiction in
NorAm so all that horrible plastic won't much of a difference here,
plus it'll make up for all that garbage we ship to Michigan every day.
Think of it, you'll be striking a blow for justice and the American
way by sticking us miserable, commie Canuckistannis with all that evil
plastic. I prefer Winstons, BTW.

well, top posting is an innocent succussion (got that from a physician's
notes) made sublime by your personal reaction...

as in most pertinacious ****ing contests, the "p" is wasted and
unnecessarily consumes energy and space. i'd go with the "rsltf"... i'm
thinking about using it on a t-shirt.

well as possible. tough business. be gentle with the graham county
trout on the way through.

among her many synonym's for "jeff")
